Normally we’re pretty bad at eating healthy, but hey, at least we can admit it!
B: Now, I’m a fruit kinda girl.
M: …and I’m a vegetable kinda guy.
but… we both like a little of each.
I would say my top 3 choices for a healthy snack would be..
3. Cream Corn; I don’t know that this is all the healthy but I would still consider it a vegetable, so that makes it a healthy snack!
2. Apples; Add a little bit of peanut butter for yummy goodness!
1. Strawberry Banana fruit smoothie; My all time favorite, YUMMMM!
My top 3 are…
3. Yogurt; Great snack for when you have a random feeling of hunger and you just need something small to hold you over.
2. Broccoli; You can mix it with anything and it will still be good. Chicken and Broccoli, yum. Potatoes and Broccoli, yum. Pasta and Broccoli, yum!!!
1. Sea Weed; It probably comes as a surprise to most people, cause this is definitely not the most popular snack but I LOVE it!
There are so many healthy snacks that we can add to this list, but it would just be way too long!
